Ways to talk

However feels easiest

Sometimes it’s easier to open up to someone outside your everyday life. Every session is one-to-one, booked in advance, and entirely confidential.

Audio, video or in person

Choose what feels comfortable today — you can always switch next time.

A woman in a blue jacket listening thoughtfully on a phone call

Audio call

Talk from wherever you are — your sofa, your car, a quiet corner at work. Over Telegram, so your number stays private.

Video call

A face-to-face chat from wherever you are, for when you’d like to see who you’re talking to. Camera off is always fine too.

Meet in person

A quiet café or a slow walk by the sea in Mumbai. Always in a public place, at a pace that suits you.

Rates depend on how we talk and for how long. Message me and I’ll share them.

About

Hello, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m based in Mumbai, and heard is simple: I’m someone you can talk to. No judgement, no advice you didn’t ask for — just a warm, attentive listener who is fully on your side for the time we spend together.

I started heard because so many people around me were carrying things alone — work pressure, a breakup, a new city, a family situation — with no one neutral to say it out loud to. Sometimes friends are too close, and sometimes there’s no one to call at all.

Whether it’s a phone call after a long day, a video chat or a slow walk by the sea, you can expect the same things: patience, discretion and clear, friendly boundaries. I keep a small number of sessions each week, so you always have my full attention.

  • A patient, non-judgemental listener
  • Nickname only — fully confidential
  • Audio, video or in person
  • English & Hindi

How it works

Simple, and on your terms

  1. Step 1: Reach out

Fill in the booking form or send a Telegram message. Tell me how you’d like to talk and roughly when.

  2. Step 2: Agree the details

I’ll reply with rates and availability, and we’ll settle the time, length and format — or a place, if we’re meeting.

  3. Step 3: Confirm

Pay by UPI to secure your slot. That’s it — no forms, no real name needed.

  4. Step 4: Talk

I’ll call or meet you at the agreed time. Say as much or as little as you like.

Boundaries

What you can expect

A few simple guidelines that keep every session safe, comfortable and genuinely helpful — for both of us. Booking a session means you agree to them.

A friend, not a therapist
I listen, reflect and keep you company through whatever you’re carrying. I’m not a therapist or counsellor, and I don’t diagnose or give medical advice — if professional support would help, I’ll gently say so.
Confidential, with one exception
What you share stays between us. Calls are never recorded, and I never discuss you with anyone. The only exception is if someone’s life is in immediate danger — then I’ll urge you to get emergency help.
Platonic, always
Sessions are warm and friendly, and strictly non-romantic and non-sexual. That’s what keeps this a safe space to open up.
Meeting in person
Meetups happen in welcoming public places in Mumbai — a café, a park or a walk by the sea — during the day or early evening.
Payment & changes
Sessions are paid in full by UPI to confirm. Need to reschedule? Let me know 24 hours ahead and it carries over or is refunded; later cancellations or no-shows can’t be refunded.
Mutual respect
Warmth and courtesy go both ways. We meet sober, and a session may be brought to a close if it becomes abusive or boundaries aren’t respected.

FAQ

Questions, gently answered

Who is heard for?

Anyone aged 18 or over who’d like to talk something through, or simply feel heard. You don’t need a “big” problem — a rough week is reason enough.

Is this therapy?

No. I’m a friendly listener, not a therapist or counsellor, and I can’t diagnose or treat anything. Many people find it helps to talk to someone neutral — and if you’d benefit from professional support, I’ll gently say so.

What if I’m in crisis?

Please contact Tele-MANAS on 14416 or AASRA on +91 98204 66726 straight away, or call 112 in an emergency. heard isn’t an emergency service.

How much does a session cost?

It depends on whether we talk by call or in person, and for how long, so I share rates on request. Send a Telegram message or fill in the booking form and I’ll reply with details.

Do I need to share my real name or number?

No. A first name or nickname is fine. Calls happen on Telegram, so your phone number stays private — for extra peace of mind, set Telegram › Privacy › Phone Number to “Nobody”.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

Not at all. Audio calls are just as welcome, and you can switch your camera off at any point during a video call.

Where do in-person meetups happen?

In public places across Mumbai — a quiet café, a park, Marine Drive or Carter Road. You choose somewhere you feel comfortable. Food and drinks are paid separately, and we’ll agree on that beforehand.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. Calls are never recorded, and what you share stays between us. The only exception is if someone’s life is in immediate danger.

How do I pay?

In full by UPI to confirm your booking.
